Re: Hello and starting help, and looking for other WA NSF pe
Thanks for the comments Ian and I do wish to be of help here and of course learn from others. Nothing to do with second chance, more a case of as long as the forums can remain open to all ideas based around NSF and similar farming practices (e.g. Evergreen) to enable us to all better manage our land...

Re: Hello and starting help, and looking for other WA NSF pe
Thanks guys for getting back to me and your comments. As you may have noticed I too had abandoned these forums. I had really simply given NSF the flick due to mainly attitudes that were evident by Forum Administrators and hence have not been here for quite a while. I have not had any real desire to ...

While it is entirely noble to act without renumeration if you couldn't make money out of NSF noone would do it. Shouldn't we farmers be allowed to make money as well as care for our land. I'm sorry but the idea of the noble peasant is a bit on the nose to me.the best way for NSF to shift from 'alte...

Alan and Greg, you may have seen this website, perhaps, if not check out http://www.tarwynpark.com this is not an official NSF site but it has many of the attributes you both have spoken of by way of improvement to the NSF websites. Maybe I see things different as all I see is a site that has been ...

Good to see this thread still going. I'd like to add some additional reasons why the whole web site and NSF itself needs to be more open and delivered better to the wider community. As a new land owner I have also subscribed to some of our local farm papers and magazines, some of which are national ...

Your 'wow' attitude is not appreciated. Sorry it was just a response of shock as your response about 'they can add a forum if they like' was unexpected and not what I would have called constructive. Sorry if it offended. This forum is for those who wish to know more about Peter Andrews' Natural Seq...

The Joomla site is for the NSF Association members and if they wish to conduct their own member forum, they are quite welcome to do so. Many thanks for your input. Lonnie Webmaster WOW! Is it just me or does that sound like an us and them scenario? This is exactly why there is three (or four) diffe...

... farmers using weedkill and fertilizer so probably isn't what I'm looking for...n Yes but the principles of evergreen grasses could be still applied along with NSF, as in don't spray the weeds and use little fertiliser (where possible). I think there may be an opportunity to combine the two prin...

I got introduced to Evergreen Farming today and will be signing up soon as a member - maybe this is a way NSF can get funds too. Looks exactly like what I have been looking for and by the look of the web site and the content it is structured well and seems to be working well. I think this is a good ...

Greg, Make sure you don't scare folks off with talk of the details! Yes I did sort of run at it didn't I :D No matter, the point I guess I was trying to make is that it can be fairly easily done as you suggested. The details as I put were not to scare anyone away but to put into the minds of those ...

Hi again Alan, you should have stopped lurking long ago :P ...snip I realise that many of Peters friends and relations are helping to get the word out with the various websites, but with the increasing support of powerful lobbyists NSF needs to adopt a more professional and sustainable image. This c...
