Maggie Joe Friend (Google) believes them i.e., CL's to be highly toxic.... I know they are highly allelopathic but as yet they have not taken over the planet. I for one would like to hear more....alpha-numeric language is subject always to mis-interpretation both by the reader and the listener.

Like good wine and water, you need to sip it, to harness the benefit.....the downside of gulping is the negative reverse.

The trick I found is with this video and the information it contains, is to do it in small sips.
